Human progress and excellence comes when someone goes beyond “why” to “why not?”
~ John Glenn, astronaut, U.S. senator

As you watch this video, think about the following:

Often you don’t know what you can do until you do it; what you can be until you become it; or what you can have until you have it. Enjoy!

Thank you everyone who is participating in emailing me their opinion or thoughts on a particular subject so that I could share them with you. So far I have received some great stuff to think about and share with you. I acknowledge you for spending the time to help someone else learn and grow. Today I want to share with you some thoughts about real estate from a very experienced real estate investor whom shall remain anonymous (Thank you!!!)

Words I have lived by from a real estate investor since 1972.

  • For those of us who fall in love with our properties “When your depreciation runs out, move on.” Do a 1031 Exchange , buy into a Tenant-in-Common (TIC) or pass the property to your heirs.
  • “Poor people plan their finances from day today—Wealthy people plan from generation to generation“.
  • Double your equity and leave” This may be different depending on age of the investor.
  • “Purchase in the best neighborhood you can afford. The building can always be changed but location is forever (providing there are no earthquakes or cyclones)”.

“Ideas I have learned from various mentors through the years and from which I have benefited.”

Please keep the emails coming, they don’t have to be necessarily about real estate! =)

If you or someone you know wants like to avoid “Fuzzy-Yellow, Financial “Teeth“, please email or call me or simply forward this email to them. Preparing for the future NOW is the best and most efficient way to plan. If you think about it, the only thing you have control over anyway is the NOW. And this simply requires pro-active thinking and a team of experts.
